If you're not happy with how your photos turned out, we'll gladly do another photo session for free.

This applies to our Lifestyle sessions, such as Maternity, Newborn, Fresh 48, Gender Reveal, and more, to make sure you get the pictures you love.

Birth Story Reshoots

With birth photography, there's no chance for a do-over.

We know how important this is, and we're committed to giving you the best possible experience. When there's only one chance, it's important to choose the best.

Birth photography is our specialty, and we take great pride in the work we do for our clients. Don't risk a once-in-a-lifetime moment with someone less experienced.

If we miss your birth, or fail in some significant way, we will compensate you fairly. This would be handled on a case by case basis.

Reedit Requests

If you're not satisfied with how your photos were edited, we're happy to reedit them to match your style. If you have a specific look in mind, please let us know ahead of time, especially if it's based on something you've seen somewhere other than our website.

Weather Related Cancellations

If a session is canceled because of bad weather, we'll be happy to reschedule it for you.

Lifetime Digital Image Warranty

At Triple M. Photography, we believe in preserving your precious memories for a lifetime. That’s why we guarantee that all digital images from your session will be securely stored on both a cloud server and a physical drive for life.

What This Warranty Covers:

  • We will keep your digital photographs on file for life, ensuring they are always accessible to you. We will never delete them.
  • Your images will be backed up on both a cloud-based system and a physical storage device for added protection.
  • If you ever need access to your digital images in the future, simply contact us, and we will provide you with a copy at no additional cost.

Additional Notes:

  • This warranty applies to all digital images provided to you by Triple M. Photography.

Physical Images & Products

Lifetime Physical Prints & Products Warranty

At Triple M. Photography, we are dedicated to ensuring that your precious memories last a lifetime. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on all physical prints, albums, and photography products.

What This Warranty Covers:

We guarantee that your physical prints, albums, and products are protected for life against damage caused by:

  • Accidental Damage
  • Fire
  • Floods
  • Theft
  • Loss from Moving
  • Weather-related events (such as hurricanes or storms)

What We’ll Do:

  • If your physical prints, albums, or photography products are damaged due to any of the above events, simply contact us, and we will replace them at no additional cost to you.

Additional Notes:

  • This lifetime warranty applies to all physical products purchased from Triple M Photography.
  • To make a claim, please have proof of the damage, and we will begin the replacement process. Proof may consist of a police report, insurance claim, etc.

Our Refund Policy

Retainers

All retainers are non-refundable.

When you book with us, you're reserving a spot on our schedule, which means we can't take on other clients at that time.

Also, birth photography requires us to be on call for weeks, which takes up a lot of time and limits how many clients we can accept.

Because of these reasons, we do not refund deposits. However, on a case-by-case basis, and only for reasons beyond your control, we may consider applying your deposit toward a future session.

Administration Fees

All administration fees are non-refundable because they are donated to local charities. Once donated, these fees cannot be refunded.

Lifestyle Session Refunds

Once your session starts, all payments are final.

After we begin and you’ve paid, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made, except for what’s allowed in our Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy.

By moving forward with your payment, you agree not to ask for a refund through your credit card company.

This policy helps protect the time, resources, and equipment we use for your session, so we can always give our clients the best service possible.

Birth Story Session Refunds

The retainer fee cannot be refunded. Please check the 'Retainers' section in our Refund Policy for more details.

Any other money you paid before the on call period begins can be refunded. Once we go on call, we take out one week at a time (we round out to the next week) if you get a refund.

Being on call means we have to be ready to help you anytime, day or night, even on weekends. Because it takes a lot of time and effort to be ready 24-7, we don’t give refunds for time spent on call, and we count the time by full weeks."

Package Refunds

Refunds for packages depend on the situation.

Any services we’ve already provided can’t be refunded and will be subtracted from the total package price. Services that haven’t been given yet are usually refundable. For birth sessions, once we go on call, we deduct one week at a time if a refund is issued.

Being on call means we have to be ready to respond 24/7, including days, nights, and weekends. Because of the time, effort, and disruptions to our lives, we don’t offer refunds for time spent on call, and we round up to the next full week.

Physical Product Refunds

Refunds for extra services, like printed photos or albums, will be decided case by case.

Once you order physical products, a refund might not be possible, especially if production has already started.

However, we’ll do our best to work with our suppliers to fix any issues and make sure you’re satisfied.

For sessions that may involve sensitive or intimate moments, such as birth photography, we understand that many clients may prefer a female photographer. As such, we typically assign female photographers and editors for these sessions to ensure your comfort.

However, we are happy to accommodate any specific preferences or requests for your photographer or editor, whether based on gender or other factors. Simply let us know, and we will ensure your needs are fully met. In addition, we are dedicated to preserving the privacy and security of your most intimate and personal moments.

We understand how important it is to trust your photographer, especially when documenting milestones such as pregnancy, birth, and newborn sessions.

Here’s how we safeguard your privacy:


Exclusive Access

Only the photographer and editor assigned to your session will have access to your photos. For birth story sessions, your photographer will exclusively be female, and any access to sensitive images will be limited to those directly involved in your project.

Secure Data Handling

All photos are stored using industry-leading encryption protocols. From the moment your photos are uploaded to our editing software to the final delivery in your private gallery, we maintain the highest standards of digital security.

Password Protection

Your online gallery will be password-protected, ensuring that only you—and those you choose to share the password with—can view your images.

Strict Internal Protocols

We have a firm privacy policy in place to guarantee that no staff member outside of your dedicated photographer and editor will access your images without your explicit consent.

At any time, if you request changes to the accessibility of your photos, we will work with you to ensure your requests are honored.

  • We’re serving pregnant moms, whether it’s their first baby or their tenth.
  • You can send us their contact info, or just encourage them to reach out to us directly. Either is okay, as long as they show an interest in our offer.

  • We give a free photo session where the customer gets 10 free digital photos.

For Your Benefit:

  • You can tell your customers and audience that when they use your product or service, they also get a free photo session as an incentive. This makes your offer even better and helps you stand out from your competition.
3. Rewards (Why?)

Step 1: Earn Rewards for Sending Leads

For every 30 verified engaged leads you send us, you’ll earn 1 free lifestyle photography session (like Maternity, Newborn, Family, etc.).

  • You can earn up to two sessions per year.
  • These can be used for promotions, raffles, resold, or even for a family holiday card!
  • If you resell our services, you can’t charge more than we do.

Step 2: Earn Commissions on Booked Sessions

For every session booked through your referral, you’ll earn a percentage of the session fee:

  • 8% for the first 5 bookings
  • 10% for 6-10 bookings
  • 12% for 11-29 bookings
  • 15% for 30+ bookings
  • Bonus: For every 20 verified birth story bookings, you get 1 free birth story session! You can raffle it, use it for promotions, resell it (but not for more than our price), or keep it for yourself.

If you refer someone who joins our affiliate program, you get extra rewards:

  • 2% Extra Commission: You’ll earn an extra 2% on your sales for 6 months after your referred affiliate successfully refers 5 leads.

4. Additional Details (How?)

Changes:

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this program at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you and provide a reason. Any referrals submitted before the change will be grandfathered in, and we will honor all agreements, rewards, and commissions for those customers under the previous affiliate program standards.


Payout Schedule

  • Initial Payout: Get $50 when your referral books a session and pays their deposit.
  • Final Payout: The rest of your commission is paid after the client makes their full payment.

How do I track my referrals?

  • You’ll get a QR code where you or the customer can enter your referral ID.

When and how do I get paid?

  • Payments are made monthly through PayPal, Zelle, or another approved method after the client’s full payment.

Who can become an affiliate?

  • Anyone who loves our services can join—whether you’re a customer, blogger, community influencer, or business owner.

Terms and Conditions

  • Referral Validation: Only referrals that lead to a completed booking and full payment will earn a commission.
  • Payment Terms: Commissions are paid after the client’s payment is fully cleared.
